An annual Call for Candidates is announced in November, and submissions will be accepted at that time. Potential candidates should have the visionary capacity, team effectiveness, and an acknowledged level of recognition and credibility in their professional fields, along with specific skills and experience-for example, in architecting, standards—making, or systems engineering.
